Here's how to cancel or change an order

Unfortunately, we cannot change your order after you place it. Have you forgotten something or changed your mind? Then you can easily cancel your order via chat.

Once you have received confirmation from our customer service that your order has been canceled, you can place a new order.

Of course, you can also choose to place an additional order for the item you missed.
