Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00. If you are dissatisfied with an item, the item is not functioning properly, or you have a complaint about one of our services, please contact us!
Send an email to [email protected] and we will work together to find a solution. Emails are processed and answered within two working days.
To handle your complaint as effectively as possible, we kindly ask you to include your order number and item details. Please have this information ready when you call or include it in your email.
Providing these details allows us to review and process your complaint more quickly. We will then immediately look for a suitable solution.
If your complaint falls within the legal warranty period, all associated costs will be covered by the World of Alps Webshop.
